Jo Parfitt, Managing Editor

Jo Parfitt is an accomplished and successful author, mentor, journalist and publisher with over 30 books and hundreds of articles under her belt. Her intuition and ability to see 'the big picture' make Jo the natural first stop for all new authors. She handles all intake appointments as well as the initial stages of book creation, brainstorming, planning and high level editing.

Jane Dean, Consultant Editor

Jane Dean is a writer and copy editor with years of experience under her belt covering commercial writing/editing, magazine/newspaper editing, editing of translations into English, and all genres of books. As a former associate of the Society of Editors and Proof Readers (UK) and member of the Editorial Freelancers Association (USA), Jane is qualified in both British and American English.

Paddy Hartnett, Proofreader

Paddy Hartnett is an experienced proofreader and a member of the Society for Editors and Proofreaders. He has a passion for the English language and a major obsession with getting things right, working closely with authors to help fine-tune their manuscripts ready for publication.

Cath Brew, Senior Designer

Cath is an illustrator, designer and heritage interpreter. In addition to illustrating her own book, Living Elsewhere, she has illustrated and designed a range of books, publications and heritage site signage. Cath’s fascination with visceral experiences and intangible meanings, makes her the ideal designer to transform your manuscript into the book of your heart’s desire. Jack Scott, Business Manager

Jack Scott is an author, blogger and book producer. Since releasing his evergreen expat memoir, Perking the Pansies, he has become something of an expert in the world of publishing.
